Standard Global Shipping

Netx Data ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe. We can handle the shipping or forward the shipment to your appointed freight forwarder. The typical express carriers are FedEx, DHL, UPS.

Based on the equipment availability, we could ship out the equipment from either Mainland China or USA.

Delivery Time

In normal condition, your cargo would take 3-5 days lead time and inland transportation to reach the designated carriers. Once accepted by the carriers, the actual delivery time will depends on the selected shipping company. Please refer to the table below.

For Spain, Italy, Brazil, Russia, Turkey and some other countries, items will take longer time to arrive due to customs clearance period.

Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx an DHL. Many of our international customers, however, have us use their own DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS account number. In this case, the customer can simply select the Freight Collect Shipping Method/Self Express Account (including express account number and shipping carrier), and we will quickly process the order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. In some large carton cases, the shipping rates maybe dimension-based also. The weight of any such item can be found on shopping cart page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, the total weight of each order will be rounded up to the next full pound for freight calculation purposes.

Shipping Fee

Netx Data does NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees. All fees and charges ar calculated based on your shipping information and selected your shipping method. However, any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee.

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before item's arrival at your customs location.

Limited Warranty

Netx Data offers a Limited Warranty as a standard feature across all product lines. If any product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within limited warranty of original shipment, we will, at its sole option, repair/replace the product or refund the original purchase price. To access this Limited Warranty, contact us for a Return Material Authorization number and ship the product to us.

New Equipment: All new equipment comes with 1 year vendor limited warranty. New equipment are defined as original products from original vendors, never been used before. Some scratching or copper rust might be seen on some modules, that may caused by carrying, inserting in/out from chassis during our in-stock and internal testing. In normal condition, the scratching and rust are very slightly. In case such occurrence happens, a picture will send to you first to obtain your confirmation before delivery to you.

Used Equipment: For all used equipment, our skilled technicians and rigorous Quality Assurance testing ensure all equipment operates in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended use. In the unlikely event you have a problem with your purchase, we’ve provided the security of our 60-Day Warranty.

Warranty Coverage: The Warranty is activated the date the item is delivered to you. The warranty covers the following:

  • Defective parts
  • Equipment malfunction

If you experience an issue with a defective part or the equipment’s operation during the warranty period, we will arrange for your equipment to be repaired or replaced (if a comparable item is available). If we do not have a comparable replacement, we will refund you for the cost of the purchase and arrange for return shipping.

This warranty does not apply to any failure of the Equipment as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, lack of proper maintenance, environmental factors, improper installation or configuration, flood, fire or other natural disasters, physical damage, electrical issues such as lightning, power surges or incorrect electrical voltages, or improper modifications.

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the Equipment (“Buyer”).

RMA Procedure

Please contact to get a RMA authorization number first. We reserve the right to reject returns without an authorization number.

1) Put the original packing slip in the package or make your own, including:
  • RMA number
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Order number
  • Model and serial number of equipment
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Write what you need if you want to exchange
2) Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging.
3) Ship the equipment back to our designated RMA return address.

4) Once we have received and processed your return or exchange we will send an email to notify you.

Unauthorized Return

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any return without the RMA number. The package will be returned at the sender’s expense.
